Please note that we will only accept returns and refunds for products purchased via our online shop (https://www.beuchat-diving.com website).

By law, you have the right to change your mind and return products within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. If you exercise this right, your order will be automatically cancelled.

It is important to note that some products cannot be returned, such as those made to your specifications, perishable products, those that have been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, or those that have been mixed with other items.

To return a product, you must inform us of your decision using the withdrawal form available in your online account or by sending us a clear statement in writing. You then have 14 days to return the product to us.

Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with their original labels and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for any damage during the return.

Once we have received the returned product, we will refund you within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of their return.

Please note that we will not refund additional delivery charges if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one.

There will be no penalty, but you will be responsible for the direct cost of the return. Refunds can only be requested by the person who placed the order.
